Vitapep snack peppers aren’t just delicious, they are also a very lovely product to boot and it’s easy to make a stunning amuse-bouche with them in no time at all.


Stuffed preserved Vitapeps


  • approx. 15 preserved Vitapep sweet peppers
  • for the filling:
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons roasted pine nuts

Getting started:

Drain the Vitapep sweet peppers and drain further on a piece of kitchen towel.
To make the filling, mix the cream cheese with the honey, ground paprika, and pine nuts.
Spoon the cheese mixture into a piping bag and store in the refrigerator if not using it immediately.

Stuff the Vitapep sweet peppers with the filling and serve immediately.
